TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon Receipt of your reservation form and deposit payment, Steve Bauer Bike Tours Inc. will reserve your space on this trip, subject to availability at time of booking.
Airfares to and from the trip's designated airports are not included.
DEPARTURE DATE
Steve Bauer Bike Tours Inc. considers your departure date as one day prior to the arrival date described in the trip outline. The cancellation policy is based on this date described.
PAYMENT POLICY
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
DEPOSIT Payment of $2,000.00 is requested at reservation to confirm your reservation.
FULL PAYMENT of balance is due 90 days prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your reservation
+251 days prior to the Departure Date; 100% of the Deposit is refundable.
250 - 120 days prior to the trip departure; 50% of the Deposit is refundable.
120 to 91 days prior to the Departure Date; 25% of the Deposit is refundable.
90 to 61 days prior to the departure date; 50% of the full trip price is refundable.
60 to 31 days prior to the departure date; 25% of the full trip price is refundable.
0-30 days prior to the departure date; 100% of the full trip price is non-refundable.
Steve Bauer Bike Tours Inc. cannot alter its Cancellation Policy for any reason. Steve Bauer Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or safety of the travelling guests is judged to be compromised. In the case that Steve Bauer Bike Tours would cancel a trip entirely, refund of payments by Steve Bauer Bike Tours shall constitute full settlement. Steve Bauer Bike Tours inc. cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable airline tickets.
INSURANCE
Steve Bauer Bike Tours Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of Trip Cancellation / Trip Interruption / and Emergency Medical Insurance for all of our travelers. Insurance can be requested directly from Steve Bauer Bike Tours Inc. by selecting the option on the trip reservation form. Since Steve Bauer Bike Tours doesn't include any flight; please advise prior if you wish to add your flight cost into your travel insurance with us. If insurance is requested, Steve Bauer Bike Tours will contact you about the insurance options.
DECLINING INSURANCE If you choose to decline the insurance coverage offered by Steve Bauer Bike Tours Inc., please check off “I decline insurance” on the reservation form.
