Terms & Conditions - Niagara

Cycling Experience

The Niagara Cycling Experience (herring referred as tour) Terms & Conditions are based on a group reservation. 

TOUR DATE

The Tour Date is the date the tour will occur based on the initial reservation.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the whole group is required to reserve the date for your bike tour.

The tour availability on the date chosen cannot be guaranteed unless we have  received your reservation and deposit payment.

Final and full payment of balance is due 14 days prior to the tour date.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & RAIN

If you must CANCEL your tour:

+71 days (prior to the tour date); 100% deposit is refundable.

70-21 days; a $300.00 administration fee will be charged on the deposit and the remaining balance will be refund.

15 to 20 days; 50% of the full tour price is refundable.

8 to 14 days; 25% of the full tour price is refundable.

7 days or less;  100% of the tour price is non-refundable.

No show or late arrivals are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING the tour on another date, provided availability, within the same season of that same year is possible.  The tour can only be rescheduled once:

+21 days (or prior to the tour date); the tour will be reschedule at no extra charge and the same deposit will be withheld. 

15 to 20 days; Tour will be reschedule, a $300.00 administration fee will be charged and the deposit balance requested and withhold.

14 days or less; no rescheduling will be permitted.

Steve Bauer Bike Tours will not take the initiative to cancel a tour.  It is to your own decision to reschedule or cancel a tour. 

Rain or shine, the tour will happen.
In case of inclement weather in the forecast, your are requested to contact us 48hr prior to the tour date with a decision based on these possible options:

1) Ride anyway at the exact same start time.
2) Reschedule the event start time to an earlier or later time on the same day to avoid the worst of the rain.
3) The Participants will not ride, but will go to the wine tour and wine tastings.
4) Cancel the tour entirely.
5) No show.

Steve Bauer Bike Tours shall not be responsible your participants’ own decision.

Steve Bauer Bike Tours has the full right to interrupt the tour whenever it feels the security of the group or one of its participants may be compromised due to, but not limited to participant health, capability, lighting, or act of God.
