To fully enjoy your cycling ride with us ;  we advise you take advantage of the great summer weather, get active and make a point of going for a bike ride once or twice a week a few weeks prior to the the event.   Cycling is a great way to stay fit for life!

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. A specific cycling jersey and chamois bib/shorts are the most comfortable apparel for a cycling ride.   Thus say any T-shirts, polo shirt are fine for the upper body, and athletic shorts, long workout or yoga pants as bottom part .   Jeans are not recommended, as they are not comfortable for cycling.

Even though it is summer; we recommend you bring arm and leg warmers, a light jacket, vest, or sweatshirt as an additional layer in case of cool weather or to wear while at the brewery visit or for your yoga session.

On the ride, you may bring a small day bag with your camera and or cell phone to take pictures, wallet for any extra purchase, a set of changing clothes for after the ride and a rain jacket or light sweater for overcast weather or rain.  The support vehicle will take along these small items so you don't have to carry them while riding.

Shall you have any questions concerning the bicycle and the ride; please feel free to contact  Josee directly / 905-704-1224

We look forward to hosting you for an enjoyable Cycling Experience at the Aird & Berlis annual Cycling Day event !

  • We wanted to express our sincere thanks to you and your staff for an excellent tour. You did an outstanding job! Your equipment was, without question superior by far and your exceptional organization, attention to safety and detail, and your energetic and enthusiastic staff are truly to be commended. The private tours of wineries and wine tastings, pre-arranged by you, made our job very easy! Our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we look forward to coming back to SBBT in the future. Thanks again for a great day!
